The image input crashes my Substance 3D Painter.

Every time I use a modifier or assets that have an image input and then click on the "X" of the image to remove it, my Substance 3D Painter crashes and doesn't recover until I close the program. When I perform an integrity check on the files, it shows that there was an error validating 22 files. I've been experiencing this issue since yesterday (November 5, 2024).

My Substance 3D Painter is installed via Steam, version 10.1.1 build 4060. I've already uninstalled it and even formatted my computer, but the issue persists.

Hello everyone.

Thank you for your reports.

This is indeed a bug with our latest update. We're currently working on the issue and this should be fixed quickly with the coming update.

In the meantime, if the issue is too much of a blocker, you can rollback to a previous version of Painter.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

No, I have a GPU 2070. Build 4060 is the version of Substance Painter where I'm having this issue. The only way I managed to fix the image input problem was by reverting to version 10.0.1 build 3757.

Word of warning to anyone else, if you roll back versions you wont be able to open any projects that were saved in the latest version.. at least I can't.  Waste of time.
