recently updated to camera raw 10.1

adobe photoshop 2018 cc and bridge, cannot ope nef (nikon d750) file, photoshop just freezes and i have to force shut down.

please help!

nope, still not opening. i've gone back to the previous version of cc and still issue persists!!

update your video card drivers.

if that fails, uninstall your ps including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

use the desktop app to install your ps

correct.  if bridge is part (or all) the problem you want to reset its preferences.

😞 uninstalled, shut down, restart, reinstall latest version, 2018, open raw file from bridge, no image sown in window and whole thing freezes, i'm about ready to launch something at the screen!!

i can bring in jpegs and tiffs, but not NEF, thats an issue with camera raw update surely so not photoshop or bridge?

i dont understand. ive been subscribed for years, today i do updates, now i cant open raw files without my whole pc freezing

Have you tried going to the Camera Raw preferences (Edit>Preferences>Camera Raw), unchecking Use Graphics Processor, restarting photoshop and then see if you can open the D750 nefs?
