How can you get a previous version of Camera RAW? I am having problems with the latest version of photoshop and need to go back to the previous version but when I uninstall the current version and install the previous version it brings in the latest version of camera raw and that one doesn't work. The previous one worked just fine.
You should be able to download a previous version from this link. Just installing the old version should overwrite the new version. If you install an update to PS, it will overwrite the old version though.
What issues are you having with Camera Raw?

Just wanted to add that I am still going back and downloading old versions of Camera RAW because Adobe has destroyed my workflow. As a photojournalist who relies on editing photos FAST to upload immeidately to AP, I'm really put off by these constant updates that not only rearranges everything, but sometimes completely omits obvious tools like the AUTO EDIT BUTTON. I do not use Lightroom for a reason. I would like to personally meet the [moderator edited out] who got rid of this feature and give him a piece of my mind. You must not edit photos in real world scenarios.

The link, provided in the CORRECT answer from 2019 will of today, get you back as far as version 12.2.1 but as newer versions roll out (with each update to Photoshop), this will change.
For much older versions of Adobe products that may install Adobe Camera Raw, go here:

If you think Adobe is going to roll back to what was updated years ago, you're in for a rude awaking.
If you want to make a feature request for the Photoshop product line, you do so here:
Complaining here is pointless; Adobe isn't paying any attention outside of bug and feature requests in specific areas of these forums. Being nasty toward Adobe engineers will undoubtedly get your requests ignored by those that could take requests into consideration.
The original question was asked in November 2019, the correct answer was provided the same month.
So yeah, we're done here.
