I inserted a video into a slide using simulation mode. There is a button controlling stop/start inside the slide. So I can't control the progress of the video by the stop/start button outside the slide. When it comes to a video, our customers need to stop the video by clicking the button inside the slide, while when it comes to a slide, they need to click the button outside the slide to control the progress. That's quite unreasonable.
How can I solve this problem?
It's not unreasonable. It's just that you haven't used the correct method of inserting the video to achieve your current goal.
Event Videos are designed for situations where you WANT the slide timeline to remain paused while the user interacts with the video, potentially playing it multiple times if desired. This is obviously NOT what you are looking for.
So, delete the current video from the slide and re-insert it again, but his time choose the option for Multi-Slide Synchronized Video, NOT Eve

Then your video timeline will be linked to the slide timeline and pausing or playing the slide will also pause or play the video.
