    Additional Information for the Question:

    There are no black lines if the video is played with Adobe Captivate 7 in html format.

    This issue happens only when the video is uploaded and embedded on a website.

    Here are the codes for embedding:

    <!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->

    <HTML>

    <head>

    <title>e-Registry : testing</title>

    </head>

    <BODY>

    <center>

    <EMBED SRC="0709T4_3.swf" WIDTH=1024 HEIGHT=788 quality=high loop=false wmode=transparent TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash">

    </EMBED>

    </center>

    <SCRIPT src='Account_Association.js'></script>

    </BODY>

    </HTML>

    Hi,

    I face the same problem and found that when the swf play in full screen is fine. However, when I adjust the size of the browser (IE 8) during play, the subject problem occur together with some visual noise i.e. dotted line. The screen is interfered with obstacle. Please note the case only occur when the browser size was adjusted larger than the video demo. Please see the attached. Any solution? Thanks you very much.
