Advanced Actions and Internal Server settings not responding - Captivate 9

Hi! I'm having issues when trying to set up Internal Server settings in Quiz preferences. The small "Configure Internal Server Settings" window pops up, but it's empty and there is no way for me to close it.

Same issue is with Advanced Actions window - empty, does not close, I have to quit and restart Captivate.

Is there anyone else here who has experienced a similar problem?
