Question

Breakpoint views not showing in Preview browser

I am creating a responsive project in Captivate 9.0.2.421.

I want to preview the project in a browser window, but when I go to Preview--->Project, only the largest breakpoint is displayed, not the other 4 breakpoints. It was working fine a couple of days ago, but not it's not. Any thoughts?

My responsive project in Captivate with 5 breakpoints:

My project in the Chrome browser using preview--->project. Note how the other 4 breakpoints at the top are missing, as well as the bar to move between all sizes at the top.

When installing the patch, did you Clean Preferences and delete the Layouts folder in Public Documents?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Could you give me some more info?

One thing I forgot to mention—This issue is not happening with the other Captivate project I am working on.

Hi Brie,

Please delete preferences by double clicking the file in the below location

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 9 x64\utils\CleanPreferencesWin.bat

And preview project. This should fixyour issue.
