Can PIP import be used on original video stack?

After importing a PIP video into Captivate 8 CPVC can that imported video be put on the same stacking timeline as the original video or will it stay in it's own stacking order within the timeline?

AFAIK it will remain on its own layer, if that is what you mean? It has to sit above the original video layer.
