Cannot view my Quiz on Captivate Prime

I cannot view my quiz on Captivate Prime. I published my quiz on Adobe Presenter with the SWF publish format and Output Options Zip package. I uploaded the zipped package to my content library. I started the quiz on Captivate Prime and it's now showing it. See screenshot below. Please advise and help. Thanks so much!

I believe you are running into the known issue with HTML output with Presenter 11 and PPT 2016. The fix can be found here: Problem with HTML5 output Presenter 11 and PPT 16
