Captivate 8 quiz not showing completion

Hello.  I have loaded my file into ScormCloud and it says that it is showing completion. 

However, when I load it into my LMS, it is not.  I've attached a Word document with my Quiz Preferences.  I hope you can tell me how to fix the situation.  The goal is for the Quiz to be accessible whenever needed as a review.  However, I want the completion status to be determined by number of slides, not the 80% score.  The quiz is a part of a program in an LMS,  

I have even changed the setting to success/completion criteria as Quiz passed and it still does not show completion.

    Your successful test on SCORM Cloud proves that you have to look for a solution with the LMS people, nothing wrong with what has been set up in Captivate.
