Captivate 8 text entry box not working with tab shortcut once published...

Hi there.  I am using Captivate 8, and trying to create Text Entry Boxes with Tab as the shortcut.  When previewing the software simulation, all is working perfectly, however, when I publish it, the TEBs do not allow Tab key to move to next slide.  I have seen that this is an issue that has been reported in many versions of Captivate, however, all the conversation threads seem to end without reaching resolution.  Has anyone experienced this problem, and found a way to get around it?
