Was anyone else able to get the patch. I just ran into this issues as well and would be interested in getting the patch if available.

    Thanks

I received a patch to try from Adobe and it seems to have fixed the problem, I assumed it would be available as part of an up grade.

I have had the very same issue and have reported it as a bug to the Captivate team.

I got an answer that they could reproduce this behaviour and that they are now working on a fix.

I don't have any timeframe to the availability of this fix though. I guess the best thing to do is to keep watching the availability of any update for Captivate (using the Help -> Update menu item).

    I hope it helps...

I am encountering the same exact issue, I have the latest version of Captivate 9.0.2.241 and I am working on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

I actually reinstalled Captivate, based on a recomendation by the support team, two days ago due to another issue that could not be diagnosed. Now I am having this issue.

So I tested Captivate 9 9.0.2.241 on my MacBook Pro and it has El Capitan 10.11.5 installed on it with the exact results. So this is obviously not a fluke, obviously a bug.

Jenny, do you have the same version of Captivate?
