Captivate 9: How to insert a Click box to Multiple choice slide?

Hi Everyone,

I'm using Click box to show hint when I hover them, but in Multiple Choice slide I can't insert, because the interaction is disabled from menu.

Could anyone give me solution for this case?

Thank you so much.

The only interactive object that can be inserted on a question slide is a shape button. Even with a shape button you can have issues, because all embedded objects on a question slide have top priority: they'll cover up custom objects. There is a workaround, explained in this blog post:

    Thank you, Lilybiri.

That is great workaround, the problem is solved. This is my summary for this case:

    1. Go to Slide master (Question slide).

    2. Insert a Shape object. (I used Rectangle).

    3. Check "Use as Button" in Rectangle properties.

    4. In Actions Tab, check "Hint", "No Action" in On Success.

    5. Type texts and modify styles you need.

This works only if the Hint is the same on all slides, which was not clear from your original question.
