Captivate 9 - I am posting quiz results to an Internal Server using the InternalServerReporting.php script. The entry gets written to the server but a result of "Unknown Error"

Captivate 9 - I am posting quiz results to an Internal Server using the InternalServerReporting.php script.  The entry gets written to the server but a result of "Unknown Error" is returned to the student.  When I use MS Internet Explorer, the entry gets written to the server posted ok.  When I use Google chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m, the latest ver. I get “Unknown Error”.   I used HTML Tracker, no issues.  My quizzes are very simple, mostly True/False, multiple choice.
I use Captivate 8 and I get the same issues.

      Hello,

      After battling with this 'Unknown error' problem for days myself I decided to do a quick ProcMon trace on our Web server and found that for us at least the problem was that the PHP70_errors.log file in C:\Windows\Temp on our IIS 8 server didn't have permissions for IUSR to write to it. After I changed these the popup window now displayed 'Results posted successfully' correctly as shown on the screenshot.

      Did you have any luck getting this resolved? I believe I'm having the same issue.

      I have a short three question multiple choice quiz. Once the quiz is completed it goes to the results slide and the Post Results window automatically pops-up. Once you fill out the pop-up and press the send button an unknown error message comes up. The results still post to the internal server just fine but I don't want this error message confusing my users.

      Attached are screenshots of the error and my quiz settings.

      I am using Captivate 8 and this error happens in Internet Explorer 11 & Chrome 49.
