I have built a responsive project in Captivate 9. The Submit, Back, Skip Buttons, etc are not showing up in the published version. I have moved them everywhere on the page and no success. I can put a regular Next or Back Button on the same pages and they work.
Any ideas why my Knowledge Check buttons don't show up?

In the default setup only the Submit button should appear. Did you upgrade
to 9.0.2?

I did upgrade to 9.2. Actual version is 9.0.2.421
Right now I am out of ideas because the buttone work correctly in full size projects.

When upgrading, did you Clean the Preferences and delete the Layouts folder in the Public documents?

Just seconding Lilybiri's suggestion to reset Preferences / Layouts folders.
But another reason these buttons sometimes disappear is that the Project Cache folder has filled up and needs to be cleaned out (via the Clear Cache button in Preferences).

Just eliminating all the possibilities, but have you checked the position of these objects on all available break points?

I had checked the buttons on all break points. Turns out I have a corrupted Template. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hi Jim,
Let me know if you see the issue specifically when the type of button is text?

I did switch to one of the image buttons that is in the gallery. The image button showed up. I did not mess with any of the other Action Properties to get it to actually submit an answer.

I just experimented by using the default theme that comes with Captivate and built a short responsive test presentation. The buttons appeared with the default theme. Since I built the original version of the theme in Captivate 8 where the problem is occurring, I suspect the theme got corrupted along the way from when I saved it in Captivate 9 and then refined it over time
