Captivate 9: Slide Audio dialog box has missing buttons

Hi, all:

I am using Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit with an i7 processor and 8 Gigs of RAM. I am using Captivate 9, version 9.0.0.223. I also have Captivate 6 on this machine.

Sometimes when I go to edit audio, the Slide Audio dialog box is blank on the right side, so I can't access the buttons to save my edits.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks,

Tracy

Ugh...but I still can't close the Slide Audio dialog box because I still can't see the Close button...  :/

OK, following your lead, I hooked up a second monitor with a higher resolution, made it my primary monitor and now I see everything!

    Your intuition is correct!

    THANKS! You're my hero!

Can you try to change resolution? It looks like you have a too low

    resolution.

    Hi, Lilyburi:

That worked enough to resolve my problem! It's a laptop, so I am limited in what it can show, but I bumped it up from 1280 x 768 to the highest option 1366 x 768. Now I can at least see the Save button.

    Thank you very, very much!
