Can anyone tell me about this Comments At option within Adobe Captivate 8? My guess is this is where Captivate Authors write comments about the projects.
I see there are Spelling Preferences and Confirmation Messages options. This adds to my intrigue. 
This is meant when you are using the Reviewer application (few do). That AIR application allows reviewers to write comments within the Captivate course, and those comments would be captured by the author of the course in the location you are indicating here. The comments can then be seen in the course itself. The Reviewer app has not been updated in recent versions, I have been using it once in a while many years ago (with version 5).
