Dear Sirs,

My license number has inexplicably expired, even though when I received the code, I was told it would expire in December. I received a new number from Adobe but I can't find where to enter the new code. I have already signed out, than back again but i couldn't do it.

I need your help because I'm in the middle of preparing a presentation and Captivate's still in Trial mode.

Thank you very much

You no longer need to enter serial numbers if you are on a subscription. Merely signing in with the Adobe ID associated with your Captivate license should be enough. You can email Adobe at CaptivateHelp@adobe.com for assistance.
