Course not playing in IE8

Hello,

I need your help on something. I am using Captivate 6 and publishing with HTML and when I go to a kiosk with IE8 the course says it needs to have 9 or higher to work. Can I upload the course in a different format so that it will work better?

It sounds like you are publishing to HTML5, not just HTML.  IE8 is not HTML5 compliant.

For this particular kiosk you will probably be better to publish to HTM/SWF.

How do I do that in Captivate 6? Where can I change this in the preferences?

You configure it on the Publish dialog when you output your course, not in Preferences.  Don't select HTML5.
