Courses Not Completing (Slide Views)
Some of the courses I have built are not completing properly. Most of the time they do but out of the blue I will get a call that the course did not complete. Usually a slide or slides in the middle just don't register. I contacted Adobe support and they said the modules are all configured correctly. Anybody seen this before? Is it a network issue? LMS issue, a browser issue? I really am just not sure where to start looking for a solution. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
