CP4-how do you make a bubble answer page or summary input page?

Greetings  all,

I'm a flash guy new to Captivate, CP4.  Looks like it has some promising features.

Background:

We have a 100 question test with one question per page.  It is only text and radio buttons with the answers.  No color, graphics, animation, etc.

Some employees do not have computer access due to the location at home thus they get a paper copy of the questions to fill at home.  When they get to work they only want a single page with just the question number and a radio button next to the A. B. C. D. answer options.  A computerized version of the old Scantron answer sheets in college.

1.   A. O   B.  O  C. O  D. O    E. O

2.   A. O   B.  O  C. O  D. O    E. O

3.   A. O   B.  O  C. O  D. O    E. O

4.   A. O   B.  O  C. O  D. O    E. O

5.   A. O   B.  O  C. O  D. O    E. O

.

.

.

.

etc.

Question:

Q1.  Is there a way in Captivate to create this summary answer page, (bubble answer sheet)?  It would be used as a review for those completing the test online and as the primary input page for those who had paper copies of the test.  If so how is it done?

Thanks for your input

Personally I would never create this in Captivate, but would use Excel, Word or even Viso to achieve this goal. When the questions are created through CP, and scoring is implied, you can have a summary view in the Advanced Interaction window (accessible using F9, or the menu option under Project). But this is not really what you want. Are you publishing on a Learning Management System? Perhaps in the LMS you could find an answer...

Thanks Lilybiri  for the reply.

Yes we are connected to an LMS.  The LMS is supposed to be updated after each question is answered.  The summary answer page that we're trying to create would display the current progress and allow inputs.

We had this capability previously when we used the RTS software (don't know what it stands for).  We're changing over and now using CP4.  Still trying to learn how to use it.
