CP9 - Standalone licence - I.T. deleted my Captivate.

Hello,

I was on annual leave last week, and I.T. have done some work on my PC and in the process they deleted my Captivate 9.

Unfortunately they did not know that I needed to have Signed Out of my account.

Where is the first port of call to try and rectify this situation?

    Did you already install it on two systems? If not, that could help you temporarily. I will try to have someone from the staff contact you.

    Yes, it is already installed on a laptop as well.

    I have been clicking through through a mass of Adobe 'self help' web pages that just take me on a tour of a labyrinth of information that is of no help at all.
