For Adobe Captivate Classic Version 11.8.2, is there any dark mode/ light mode feature or setting is available to add in the courses. IF yes, how to add that. If no, Is there any tutorial or source which can help me to implement dark mode/ light mode button. Thanks in advance.

Captivate Classic is theme-based.  A theme includes amongst other features Master Slides and Object Styles. You could try out some of the Quick Start Projects to look for another theme, where probably the main master slide will have a dark background (solid color, gradient or image). In that case you'll probably also find a lot of objects in the Object Style panel which have changed colors to light: buttons, text captions, shapes....

I may misunderstand your question, because you may want to have light/dark mode in the developing application, not only in the project itself? That exists in many other Adobe applications, but not in Captivate, not even in the New version where even the master slides have disappeared.

Yes, I want that dark/light mode button in published Course player or Project.

That is even more complicated. You don't have a published course player, you publish a course to HTML5 like a website. It can be a responsive or a non-responsive project. You should have to use tons of multistate objects to realize this, why would you do that? It would mean a file size which is much bigger, and what is the increase of learning efficiency? Personally I willn ever create a cours with white backgrounds because that is tough to the eyes, but never even considered to do what you want to achieve.
