Hi All,
im using Captivate 2017 and I created a drag and drop slides and set it to infinite attempts, redraw and reset all. There’s a Submit button as well. No Reset or Undo button.
Works perfectly in SWF. When I click the Submit button, if I’ve placed the pieces in the wrong sequence, the return to their original location and I redrag and submit until I get the sequen righ.
However in HTML5, if I get the sequence wrong, it resets the pieces, locks up and I can’t redrag them.
My only way around it was to deselect the Reset All option and now it works fine. Has anybody else encountered this? I would have preferred to have the pieces reset. It makes the puzzle harder.

How did you test this? For HTML5 published projects, you need to upload to a webserver or a LMS (if you created a SCO).

Only on my computer. So I should try SCORM Cloud?

Yes, if it is a SCO (reporting is turned on), you can try in SCORM Cloud.

I tried it at home on SCORM Cloud with the Reset All option selected. The objects lock once I click the Submit button.
With the Reset All option deselected I can drag my items and submit to my hearts content.
