Drag&Drop - Increasing action in object action area start running the slide

In the drag and drog slide I'm using the object Action for an target object. I would like to increase the value of a user variable when the learner move the source object correctly into the target object. Without this object Action, the slide stopped after 1,5 sec how you described it. That's the correct way. But if the Object Action has been used, the slide didn't stop. So what do you think, is it a Problem of understanding or is it a error in the program? Would you mind sending me your appreciate opinion? Kind regards from Leobersdorf in Austria by Gerhard.

Hello,

You'll find the solution in my blog post: Drag&Drop tips - Captivate blog

The problem is that a simple action, like you use for the Object action, always releases the playhead. You have to replace it by a standard advanced or shared action. Same situation happens everywhere when you trigger a simple action: Why choose Standard over Simple action? - Captivate blog
