Which version? Are you talking about a published CP project? Did it preview well in Browser or HTML in Browser before you published? How did you test the published file: was it locally or deployed on a webserver or LMS? If you tested locally, was the location added as Flash trusted location? Both exe and of course SWF need to be run from such a 'trusted location' if you run it locally. As for the SWF output: did you launch it from the companion htm file? Do not launch the SWF directly, it needs to be launched from the HTM file which will call the JS and CSS file and start the SWF.

Thanks @Lilybiri

1- I use Captivate 9

I publish Project in "EXE" Output On Local Drive.(There are no Servers).I am Sure the Problem can't be from Flash Trusted Location Because I tested Other EXE projects From other People and Only my Projects had this problem.

SWF projects have the same problems but I don't use SWF so this not so import for me at least for now.

the EXEs are in the HIGHEST priority!

Sounds like you may have an issue with your Flash Player.  What version of Flash Player is installed on your system?  What versions of the Flash Player plugin are installed in your browsers?  (Each may be different.)
