Forced Navigation in Captivate Version 9

So far, I've only been able to find solutions for older versions of Captivate or solutions that I don't understand. I have a project that has several slides with interactions that have multiple tabs. When the learner clicks on these tabs, information is revealed. I would like to stop the learner from progressing forward to the next slide until they have clicked on all of the tabs. How can I accomplish this?

    Still the same work flow. Can you point to one of the threads where you found a solution that you don't understand?

    I've formulated somewhat of a solution by placing a click box over top of the bottom tab (Smart Left Interaction) that is set to "Pause Project Until User Clicks" and "Go To Next Slide" upon success. This works, but relies on the learner navigating the tabs in a top to bottom manner.
