Help with publishing to Moodle...

I am publishing my project to Moodle. I have set all the options for reporting, which is basically:

Incomplete to Complete

Success/Completion Criteria - Slide views 75 slides (total is 79)

However when I upload and go through the course, it is recording incomplete even if I go through the whole course. I have deleted all scorm records and it records my new attempt but does not say its complete.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
