How do I add an elearning brothers interactive template to my existing course.

I've just downloaded one of the free Elearning brothers Captivate interactive templates (cork board drag and drop)  to use in my course, but I can't figure out how to get it in there.  The file has saved as a cptx file.  What are the process steps?

I'm an intermediate user and just got Captivate 2017.
