I get mails from both the portal and the jive forums if a question is posted on the portal, which allows me to see the original location of the question. That was not the case for the start of this thread, or I could have guessed it was about joining the community. I got two mails with your answer. Sorry, something has been going awry with the mail delivery here. Do you have to moderate the Jive forums?

Sorry about the issue, there are few issues with mail server we are working on fixing it. When user creates a question, Portal sends the email only to user who creates it. Once you comment on that thread, you are subscribed & then you start to get emails.
