How do I set up one slide with two external recording?

Trying to add two external recordings to one slide.  first recording to play at beginning of slide.  Second recording can play after the first or added to a button to play?

Why do you want that? Can you explain what you mean by 'recording'? Is that a video, or one captured simulation slide?

The training is for call center.  Both recordings are audio MP3 files.

You probably added the first audio clip as slide audio?

If you don't need CC, you have several solutions for the second audio clip:

  • Attach it to a static object, like a shape that you give a alpha fill = 0% and no stroke. Put the timeline of that object to start after the end of the audio clip in the timeline. It will then play immediately after the first clip.
  • Use a (shape) button on the slide, to trigger the action 'Play Audio.... clip2'. If you schedule the timeline of that button before the first audio clip ends (which is also a possibility), be sure to check the option 'Stop slide audio' in the Properties panel of that button to avoid having the two clips playing at the same time.
