How to adjust when quiz results are sent?

Hi,

I have a question.

In my experience many LMS only register a completed/passed quiz after exiting the module on the last slide.

In Scorm 2004 and e.g. Ispringlearn that is the case.

Is there any way to have the module send the result after e.g. continuing from the quiz results slide? I cannot find the setting to affect that.

The issue is that many learners exit the module through closing the tab which does seem to prevent the LMS from getting the final status/flag. We use CP9.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!

I have tested it on Scorm cloud too but to no avail.

Only if I add an exit click box will it send the results.

    I don´t get it.

It is probably something really stupid...

It would appear that the solution was to change from percentage in pass /fail to points.

Now it sends the final score off on exit, so also by simply closing the tab.

Which SCORM template do you use: you have the choice beween sending data after each quiz slide, and at the end.

Thank you for taking the time.

To clarify, what do you mean by template? This quiz is a "submit all results at the end".

It is set to Default, which means that data is sent after each quiz slide. Of course the score will only be sent after teh score slide has been visited and the Continue button has been clicked and last frame is visited Force the user to click that button, to get them to a slide after the score slide by using the actions Passing Grade/Failing Grade. If the attempts on quiz level have not been exhausted, Retake button will be there. Avoid clicking on Continue while Retake is still valid by dragging the Continue button under the Retake button.
