Hello Everyone,

I want create custom multiple choice single select question for one of my project.

Client want use two images rather than radio buttons and after selecting any one image learner able to click submit button and get appropriate correct or incorrect feedback.

So is it possible in adobe Captivate 8?

How to convert slide into freeform Question (MCSS)?

How to use image as radio button?

Thanks & Regards

My term is custom question slide.

It means much more work than you suspect, especially if you want all functionality of the default question slides, like multiple attempts, review, feedback etc but it is possible.

You can turn any image into a shape button. Have a look at: Turn an Image into a Button - Captivate blog

Each interactive object can be scored, you could add a score to the correct image button and no score to the incorrect ones. All scores can be included in the total Quiz score. If you look around on my blog you'll find quite a bunch or articles about creating custom question slides.
