How to Jump to a specific slide on Knowledge Check Failure

In Captivate 9 I've created a matching knowledge check slide in which I'd like for the learner to have to go to an earlier slide if they fail after the first attempt. I have set the number of attempts to 1, in the 'last attempt' action I selected 'jump to slide' and have specified the slide I would like the learner to be directed to. However, nothing seems to happen. I've tried putting in a failure message, but when the user either presses 'y' or clicks on the screen, the failure message just disappears and no further action can be taken.

Is there anything else I need to do so that when a learner fails the knowledge check they are directed to a certain slide? Thank you.

That is the appropriate work flow. How did you test? Try Preview in Browser (F12) or Preview HTML in Browser (F11).

KC slides are automatically reset when you leave the slide. Do you perhaps have a real quiz in that course as well?
