I see two boxes for Adobe Captivate on that page for chat support.

Is it not possible to indicate which one is for which version?  Or if they are both for Captivate, WHY are there two?

It's frustrating that Adobe relies on an automated bot that is no help at all and there is no way to email or fill a form for a support ticker. In my case I payed for the year renewal of my cc all apps and today it decided that my suscription is no longer active, but if I try to renew it it says that I already have an active suscription. What I intended is get in touch with an agent, no luck, it's sunday and out of hours.

So, I thought: let's open a ticket!
Silly my, Adobe has no way of letting  you fill a form with your issues, files, etc. , for them to check it on their own schedule and fix it. Very very disappointing.

Muy buenas tardes, espero se encuentren bien.

Tengo una situación similar, solo que mi plan anual se estaba cobrando el 9 de junio de cada año, ya que no tenía el monto en la tarjeta no se estaba realizando el cobro, hoy iba a solucionar la situación y ya hacer el pago, pero encontré un plan mejor para la anualidad de estudiantes, me dispuse a cancelar mi plan actual, para poder hacer el pago del nuevo plan de "Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones 100 GB", la cual la anualidad sale a $469.236 pesos colombianos, y que hace parte del plan estudiantil (reiterando, soy estudiante universitario), pero ahora no me deja hacer nada, me sale el error "400 bad request request header or cookie too large", no se que hacer, estoy tratando de buscar la forma de mandar un ticket, comunicarme con un asesor o llamar a alguna línea de soporte en Latinoamérica y simplemente no encuentro nada, lo único que se puede hacer es hablar con el bot que no ha podido entender mi situación... ¿Que debo hacer? ¿Con quién puedo comunicarme? ¿Quién puede ayudarnos? ¿Donde puedo encontrar un soporte tecnico con una persona real?

I have a similar situation, except my annual plan was being charged on June 9th of each year. Since I didn't have the amount on the card, the charge wasn't being made. Today I was going to resolve the situation and make the payment, but I found a better plan for the student annual plan. I decided to cancel my current plan so I could make the payment for the new "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" plan. The annual fee is $469,236 Colombian pesos and is part of the student plan (again, I'm a university student). But now it won't let me do anything. I get the error "400 bad request header or cookie too large." I don't know what to do. I'm trying to find a way to submit a ticket, contact an advisor, or call a support line in Latin America, and I simply can't find anything. The only thing I can do is talk to the bot, which hasn't been able to understand my situation. What should I do? Who can I contact? Who can help us? Where can I find real-life technical support?
