how to use the demo downloads

I downloaded the files to get started with Captivate 2017, but I can't publish them to experience the interactions. Publish to devices - Publish to Adobe Connect - Publish to Prime, none of which I have used. I also have no tools to edit my timeline? Please help.

It looks like you try to publish a responsive project. Use the first opiotn: 'Publish for Devices'. The second option will try to use Phonegapt to create an app for Android or Apple, you dont want that one.
