I can't find Asset downloads on OS X

Hi,

I can't find the Asset files when I download them to my OS X iMac. I found older versions. Any suggestions?

What version of Captivate are you using?

    The trial version of Adobe Captivate 9. For now I can use the characters that same in the demo projects. I will copy and past a character into my job.

    I have another very important question.

    1. Why aren't the visual effects showing up in my preview when I test it on my browser?

    2. Why is the timeline ending at a certain point? It's not playing the animation fully.

    I did find that turning off Pause After (seconds time) allows the timeline to play to the end.

    However, now it goes into the next slide during preview.
