I can't find what triggers an object to appear.

Question

I am very new to Captivate and have taken on the task of updating someone else's project. As the subject states, I cannot figure out what triggers an object to appear. Is there a way to generate a list of every time a specific object shows up in a project? Or is there a different, hopefully easier, way to solve this puzzle?

That is a very vague question. You have to check the timeline of the objects. You didn't specify which 'object'. Some objectsl ike graphics, audio are also in the Library. They have a usage button.

Recommend you have at least a look at some basic tutorials. Go to the eLearning Community, which you can do from withn Captivate.
