It is a SCO. I am bit confused by the sentence 'the project was zipped..'. The default behavior when publishing a SCO results in a zipped folder, no need to zip it manually. Maybe it is just misunderstanding.

How big is that project? Do you have weird characters in the name of the file?

Hi,

I've created some simple MC questions in Adobe Captivate.  (you can see the non-LMS result at this location).

http://dwulab.com/MRIhtml5/index_scorm.html .  On a conventional website it says.Capture1.PNG

Here's the adobe prep part:

BACK to moodle (version 2.3)

So above I can't get it to Adobe Captivate to be compatible with moodle even though I thought I was very careful to this point.

The first error is due to the fact that you uploaded to a normal server, not to a LMS. When you publish a SCO you need to upload to a LMS. Could you please try to upload to SCORM Cloud for testing reasons?

It was for testing, because that means that nothing is wrong with the setup in Captivate.

Several patches were released for 9. Be sure to have the most recent version which is 9.0.2.437.

I can't help you with Moodle, because I never used it myself.

To Lieve's point, be sure you are running the latest version of Captivate (9.0.2.437). There were bugs in previous releases that were fixed in this release. Be sure to enable mime type for JSON files on your web server (moodle). Captivate uses JSON files in their publishing process with version 9.0.2.437 and if the mime type isn't setup to display this files, the results are a spinning loading icon forever. If your project works in SCORM Cloud then it's 99% certain not to be Adobe Captivate. My guess is that it is the JSON mime type not being identified on your Moodle server.

Hi Paul, lily and all

It would be helpful to hear if someone

actually was able to get Adobe captivate to work with moodle including Connecting To the grading system.

im probably going to try the help@ adobecaptive.com. I think they said they support moodle lms in their website but it seems that they are  not routinely able to test everything.

but maybe somebody

can let me know which versions of captivate and moodle they have got to work.
