Insert swf from Jing into Captivate 2017

I'm trying to insert a screencast from Jing into a Captivate 2017 project. I use insert animation and set it to play the duration of the animation. When I publish to video, though, it plays the audio but the video is frozen on the first frame (that has the Jing Play button). When I publish to HTML5 it tells me the audio is not compatible with HTML5 and so the video publishes, but the audio is missing.

I do get a warning when I insert the animation that the ActionScript 2 instead of 3. Is there someplace I can change that setting for the project? It's not in the publish settings like it was in previous versions.
