Is it possible to change the x,y coordinates of an object using advanced actions or javascript?

I would like to change the position of a smart-shape object.  I need the position to be determined by user-input which will change the x and y coordinate of the smart-shape.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you want HTML output only, have a look at the CpExtra widget by InfoSemantics. It is not included with Captivate but it is really worth to have this widget in your toolbox with all the features it includes! This is the link to the page that explains how you can solve your goal with this widget:

Thanks for the comment on my blog, wished I had more time to spend on it.

Really, this is an amazing widget, you know perhaps from my blog that I'm pretty 'honest' in my judgement.
