Issue with Navigation in Both Skin and TOC

I have Captivate 8   my issue is with both Skin editor and TOC .

 

The skin slide bar will only advance to slide 29 as shown in first image, there are 74 slide in this presentation  I have attached a clip of the issue here https://youtu.be/RuvWQf4z4lg      Not sure why it is reacting in the way .

 After I wrote this question. I decided to review my advanced interactions and found I had the quiz checked off. Everything is working as it should .
