LMS showing Index_SCO_Title

When uploading to our organizations LMS, the title of the training is not showing. I displays as "Index_SCO_Title". Where do I change this in Captivate so that it displays correctly when uploaded to LMS?

We are running ver. 12.2.0.19

Project info is filled out, Reporting is enabled, SCORM 2004, Course ID, Course Title, and SCO Title are all filled with the course title.

What am I am missing or not checking?

No, I wasn't able to solve this problem. The work around is that we supply the necessary information to the site managers of our learning management system and they manually input the information.

When I had an issue like this is, it was resolved here by going to preferences -> Quiz->Reporting-> Configure (#1 in screenshot), and then filling out the manifest. It sounds like maybe you've already done that. But just in case.
