I've created several mini modules in PowerPoint, with audio/voice-over recorded on all slides, and then recorded them in Captivate 9 as videos. This works great, and the audio and timings all work beautifully when I preview them if I do them as videos. If I try to create them straight from PowerPoint, I have problems with timings and progression, and the audio doesn't seem to come across (and yes, I am selecting hi-fidelity and 32 bit options), although the slides have the audio symbol on the bottom right, yet no sound. I have also tried to do it using the software simulation method, but find similar problems with timings and audio. So on the face of it, creating a video appears to be my best option. But the video will only publish as mp4 format and I can't figure out how to merge them into an overarching module. First they're created as .cpvc files, then when I publish them I only have one option for output which is mp4. They play beautifully in both cpvc and mp4, but I really need them all to be packaged up together and then loaded into our LMS (LearnHub.) I've tried both Aggregator project and SCORM multi-packager (and I think I really need the SCORM multi-package option), but neither will accept mp4 format. Is there any way to convert the mp4s to swfs in Captivate or do I need another tool? If I use an external tool and convert into swf could I then load them into Captivate SCORM multi-packager?
I've also created quizzes in Captivate, one for each mini module, and have published these and loaded into the SCORM multi-packager. This all worked beautifully. But the quizzes are useless without the "lesson" to review first.
I am on a deadline and have 2 days to complete this work - any assistance will be gratefully appreciated.
Many thanks.

Sorry but you seem to confuse a lot. A video is not an interactive course, can never transfer data to a LMS which means it can never be a SCO. This forum is to help solving Captivate problems, but you would need quite a lot more to understand at least those basics. After you have learned about the differences between video and interactive courses, about the goal of a LMS, maybe this article meant for newbies with Captivate could help:
