MP4 output file for Captivate 9 Responsive template

Greetings!

Request you to help me figure out this thing. I had created an elearning course using the responsive design template in captivate 9. Now, a customer wants the output files in mp4 output format. I want to know two things:

1. Is it possible to convert a course done in responsive design to a regular template of 1280*720 dimension?

2. I couldn't produce an mp4 output file for the responsive course, understandably..but I want to know if there is any way for this

Thanks

Anu

Video files are not responsive.  So publishing to video is not an option if you have selected to create a responsive project.

In Captivate 9 or 2017 you cannot save a responsive project back to normal format.  In Cp 2017 you CAN now convert a normal project to responsive, but it's a one-way trip and you cannot go back the other way again.
