I am using Captivate 8 on a Mac. I have created a module that, at the end, has ten questions that are scored.
These ten questions are chosen from a bank of 30 questions. When I play the module, everything seems to work, and the file pulls in 10 random questions from the quiz pool of 30 questions I have created. BUT the images used do not show up. Therefore my background images and my custom button graphics are not there. Just a big old dull grey background. Does anyone know what I have to do in order to get my images to display correctly?
The background is generated via a Master slide. This Master slide works correctly throughout the rest of the module, but not on the Pool slide section.

I've since updated to Captivate 9 and this bizarrely fixes my issue.
Sadly it's broken a load of other things along the way (included the TOC), but I'll see if it's easier to fix the new broken things than to try to fault find why my backgrounds didn't show in Captivate 8.
Also, I notice that fonts actually work in Captivate 9 which is GREAT update. I was really, really surprised that you didn't seem to be able to display 'custom' fonts in Captivate up until version 9, as this seemed to be such a basic requirement of a publishing tool. But either way I have done a test and it works so that's worth the upgrade alone - since I have currently been creating my headings in Photoshop and then pulling them into Captivate, which is a real pain when the client wants to change a word
So I can't say I've learned anything at all from this, other than when you can, upgrade. And then fix everything that just broke

Hi there,
Can you please mention the issues that you are facing after upgrade? It will be great if you can share a sample project as well so that we can investigate at our end. Please upload it to a shared workspace and send us the link at nsukumar@adobe.com
Thanks,
Nimmy Sukumaran.
