Pan & Zoom issue with video demo

Hello,

I am creating a video demo and am trying to use the pan and zoom feature. The zoom in works fine, but the zoom out immediately jumps to the full picture, no matter what speed I put. I have looked online and have seen many people talk about the same issue, but no solution has been given.
