Presenter 7.0.7 Upgrade for Acrobat Pro 9 Extended

For those of us who bought Presenter as part of the Acrobat Pro 9 Extended package, how do we get the Presenter 7.0.7 upgrade? My license number is not recognized by the Presenter 7.0.7 upgrade as a Presenter license.

Correct answer

the way to upgrade and license Presenter which is installed as part of ELearning Suite or Acrobat 9 Pro Extended is to:

- uninstall Presenter 7.0.6

- install Presenter 7.0.7 in trial mode

- rerun the suite installer and select Presenter

Your Acrobat Pro key should work for Presenter 7.0.7. Did you uninstall 7.0.6, or older, prior to installing 7.0.7?

Yes, I did uninstall Presenter first. I have notice that others have had similar problems with the Extended package.

Did you have Acrobat Pro 9 Extended and get your key to work?

I do, but with the elearning Suite, so it is the key for that, and I have keys just for Presenter. I would reccomend calling Adobe, you can try support at 800-945-9120, and see if they can help.
