Project created after installing the new upgrade for CP9 not working on webserver

We upgraded 2 computers yesterday with the new upgrade for Captivate 9 and they won't play on our web server.  Projects we completed before the upgrade work fine.

The new projects work fine locally.  I've had to open these on a computer that hasn't been upgraded yet then, make a new project and copy the slides into the new project and publish it.  Then it would work on our web server.

Hi Susan,

Can you check with your webserver admin that list of allowed MIME type have an entry for json files?

This is a necessity with the changes in the recent update for HTML5 runtime. Please do let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thanks,

Aditya
