Publish a captivate project checklist

Does anyone have or know where to find a checklist for publishing your project to desktop?

After I publish it, I plan to upload the zip file to our LMS, but I want to ensure everything is taken care of, such as can the learner go back if a break is needed, if they hit the back button, etc.
